Hello everyone. 👋✋ Asking the right questions in an interview can often be difficult. 🤔 We've shared a few questions below, you can consider asking during your interview: What interests you about this job/our company? What did you enjoy the most in your prior role ? How do you offer support to a struggling colleague? What strengths can you bring to this role? What challenges have you faced in your past roles and how did you address them? If I spoke to your best friend, what might they say about you? What was your last end of year rating and do you think it was a fair assessment of your efforts? If you could change one thing in the world, what would it be and why? We hope these questions help. 👌 #4front #interviewquestions #recruitingtips #hiringstrategy 🔍

There’s a simple way to maximize your confidence right before you step into a job interview. Write down 100 things you’re proud of going back to kindergarten. They don’t have to be related to work. You want to connect viscerally to all the good things you’ve done in your life: major accomplishments, minor accomplishments, praise you’ve received, awards you’ve won. Not what other people are impressed by, but what you feel proud of. Connect to all the good stuff. Take a deep breath. Clear your mind. And walk in. F*** the haters. You got this. 👊🏻 #interviewpreparation #interviewstrategy #interviewtips

I know you’re nervous and you tell yourself that you can’t come up with answers on the spot in a job interview, but I promise you if you go in with a script you will look like a stiff, weird robot. And when you forget your script you are going to panic. https://lnkd.in/euBUpAY8 Instead, all you need to do is practice. 💁🏼♀️ Practice answering the 5 most common interview questions: Tell me about yourself What are your strengths and weaknesses Why do you want to work here/Why are you looking for a new job Where do you see yourself in 5 years Tell me about a time that you failed/dealt with a tough client The most effective way to practice is to record yourself answering these questions and watch it back. I know, it’s cringe and everyone hates it but it’s the fastest, most effective way to prepare and get better at interviewing. 💪🏽 For a limited time, get an Interviewology Profile for $47 use code HappyJune https://lnkd.in/euBUpAY8 #jobinterivew #interviewprep #corporatejobs #career #howtointerview
