Keeping Your Clients Interested One common pattern I have observed during product or service pitches, whether during a client visit to the exhibition booth or other occasions is the tendency to give them every service we offer at a go without even the slightest consideration for their needs. Subsequently, I would be dropping a few tips on #keepingYourClientsInterested# and today I will be addressing 'Understanding your client's need'. Upon seeing a doctor, the physician takes time to listen to your concerns before prescribing medication. Likewise, instead of introducing the answer at the beginning of your pitch, try this. 1. To find out if your client has issues that your services can help with, pose open-ended questions. As an example, what are the objectives your business is trying to reach? 2. Listen intently and demonstrate curiosity. 3. Keep it specific; avoid inquiries that come out as forced rather than sincere. 4. If they admit these issues, offer your product or service as a solution. 5. Maintain a smile at all times. See you at the next edition of #keepingYourClientsInterested# 🙂
