We loved delivering an all-abilities version of our Match Fit jobseeker program this week, with guest presenter National Rugby League Women's star Jasmin Peters delivering alongside our program regulars David Shillington and Tim Elvery.   The all-abilities format allows participants to apply the skills they learn in the theory sessions to a real team environment that’s integrated with physical movement.
