Dear Connections, I am writing to address the concerning issues surrounding the treatment of employees, including myself, at Alobha Technologies Pvt. Ltd Over recent months, there have been recurring instances of delayed salary payments and a lack of support for maternity benefits, resulting in significant hardships for numerous individuals within the company. Despite being on maternity leave since December 20th, I found myself immediately placed on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) upon declaring my leave start date, with termination looming. Following discussions with HR and various stakeholders, the decision was reversed, albeit reluctantly and only after the mention of legal action. It has become apparent that Alobha Technologies Pvt. Ltd does not prioritize nor support essential employee benefits, such as maternity leave, displaying a concerning disregard for basic employment standards. The treatment of employees has led me to question the corporate integrity of the organization, resembling more of a makeshift operation rather than a reputable IT company. Furthermore, the pervasive culture of harassment and intimidation perpetuated by HR personnel, notably through threats of termination and PIP, has created a toxic work environment. Attempts to address grievances have been met with dismissiveness and redirection, exemplifying a lack of accountability within the management structure. In light of these circumstances, I respectfully request the immediate disbursement of my overdue salary and entitlements for maternity benefits. Additionally, I implore the leadership team, including Dr. (Navi) Naveen Kumar (Navi) Naveen Kumar Sandeep Gupta Gupta and Ashish Kumar Kumar to address the underlying issues contributing to the erosion of employee morale and the subsequent exodus of team members. It is my sincere hope that prompt action will be taken to rectify these grievances and restore confidence in the organization's commitment to the well-being of its employees. HR Manager who was made redundant when pregnant is awarded total compensation of over £21,000 by an Employment Tribunal. Of particular note is that the Tribunal found that the employer dismissed the employee during a series of Whatsapp messages where clear words of dismissal were not used but seven laughing emojis from the employer were.
