When was the last time you came to a presentation completely unprepared because you tell yourself how good you are at improvising? Or you even let ChatGPT prepare your speech? When was the last time you attended a flat and tasteless presentation by one of your leaders? What if we would take some time to think about what you were going to say (50%), sometime to write it down (25%) and some time to finetune and practice (25%)? How would the outcome be for the audience and for you? If this message resonates with you then I encourage you to read (or recommend your leadership to do so) Say It Well by Terry Szuplat. Applying some of his learnings - as one of Obama's speechwriters - you will probably become a better communicator, a better public speaker and a better leader.

Creating a strategy is not the biggest challenge even ChatGPT can do it for you today..!! Ability and passion towards execution of your strategy is what we lack as most professionals in leadership positions want to guide and await for the results to come.
