I was reading a case study about a gourmet food company who started a members-only club with free shipping, early access to new items, and exclusive discounts for those who pay an annual subscription. Because of the exclusivity, there was a sense of community among the customers, which encouraged loyalty and increased yearly spending. Yes there’s many ways to do so however the fastest yet more efficient way to do so involves paying attention to your FLM ( food labor and mileage ) and by also paying attention to you DOR ( Daily Operating Report ) . In the food and beverage industry, your FLM is vital while in all industries your DOR is just as vital. This helps us reduce waste and therefore save you $. All drinks will be cheaper. Another big change we’re looking at is the size of our salads. We’re looking to reduce the size of our salads by 20%, so there’s less wasteful packaging.
