Reflecting on My 90-Day Milestone 🎉 Last week, I reached the end of my 90-day trial period, and to my delight, it was celebrated with a lunch with my colleagues. It was such a great way to mark this milestone, and it got me thinking—how many companies take the time to acknowledge moments like these? For me, it wasn’t just about the lunch (though it was delicious! 😋), but about feeling valued and appreciated as part of the team. The support and recognition during this transition period made a huge difference in my onboarding experience. Do other companies do this too?
