When we started ZEVO, I thought the toughest part would be product development. After all, there’s so much tech, design, and fine-tuning that goes into making something people want to use, right? But as we went through the journey, one thing became abundantly clear: The hardest part wasn’t building the product. It was building trust with our customers and investors. We had a great product. But what we learned quickly was that no one will care about it unless they BELIEVE-in-Us. And that takes time. Trust isn’t built in a boardroom pitch or a flashy marketing campaign. It’s built in the everyday actions you take— - how you respond to feedback - how you handle tough times - how you show up consistently. We spent months engaging with customers, listening to their concerns, and addressing their pain points, one conversation at a time. We stayed transparent, even when it meant admitting our mistakes. And slowly, we started to see a shift. People started to believe in us. And then, they started believing in ZEVO. The truth is, you can have the best product in the world, but if people don’t trust you, it won’t matter. So, ask yourself—what’s your trust-building strategy?
