Feedback from this morning's Procurement Act webinar, thanks Rhys Wheeler Did you miss it? We'll be distributing a recording of the session as well as a supporting fact sheet early next week. Just attended a discussion on the upcoming procurement regulations hosted by Tom Sander-Daniel and Charles G. from Thornton & Lowe. The session provided insights into: 1. Where we Stand: Overview of the Procurement Act, its timeline, and UK Government proposals. 2. Transparency of Information: Enhancing clarity and openness in the procurement process. 3. Frameworks and DPS’: Updates on frameworks and Dynamic Purchasing Systems. 4. Competitive Flexible Procedures: New competitive approaches. 5. Central Digital Platform: Streamlining procurement through digital innovation. There has been a lot of discussion about the new Procurement Act, and it was good to get more clarification following the election and cut through some of the speculation that had been taking place as a result. The session offered clarity on how these regulations will shape the future procurement landscape for suppliers. #Procurement #PublicContracts #BusinessStrategy #RegulatoryChanges #SupplyChainManagement #Supplier #Bid #Proposal
