WHAT IS THE BIGGEST ASSET A CES-WE TAKER MUST POSSESS? The biggest asset a CES-WE candidate must possess is self-awareness. This quality enables individuals to have a clear understanding of their own strengths and weaknesses. Self-awareness is important because the CES-WE assesses a wide range of cognitive and management skills. A candidate who is self-aware can more accurately interpret the questions and provide responses that genuinely reflect their skills. This alignment between one's self-perception and the responses given during the exam can lead to more accurate results. LEARN THIS SKILL by enrolling in our CES-WE ONLINE REVIEW PROGRAM: https://lnkd.in/eMr7nq6q
