Attendees can expect to leave with a pragmatic blueprint that will not just inspire but equip you with a tactical approach to career progression, positioning you for the leadership role you’re aiming for. We’ll look into: 1. Designing a career path that reflects your professional ambitions while meeting your organization's goals 2. We’ll uncover how to make products stand out, build with a customer-first mindset, find product-market fit, and develop strategies to uniquely reach and serve our target audiences and clients. 4️⃣ Should you really be including GenAI in your products? - In an age where artificial intelligence is more than a buzzword, it's a vital component of innovation, the question isn't just about including AI in your products, but the type of AI that can truly make a difference. In this talk, Apurva Misra delves into the heart of GenAI and its potential role in the future of product development. We will explore the multifaceted benefits and potential drawbacks of GenAI, examining case studies where GenAI has been a game-changer and situations where it might not be the best fit. Before the rebrand, I was often asked - What makes working at ConvertKit so great? Why do you love your job so much? Since the rebrand, I've often been asked - Why switch to Kit? Why is becoming Kit important? My answer? The same. For both. The creators we serve. To me, becoming Kit (formerly ConvertKit) means that we are committed and dedicated to the creators that we serve, and evolving our product and all of the features that we have so we can continue to serve you better over time. As you evolve, as you continue to create, as you continue to innovate, we're going to do the same thing with you. It's always been and will always be about the creators we serve.

🌟 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗠𝘆 𝗟𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁: 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 🌟 Hello, LinkedIn community! I'm thrilled to share the insights and skills I've gained while working on a leaderboard project. This experience has been an incredible journey in understanding how to create dynamic and user-friendly applications. Here's what I've learned: ✍🏻 Learning : 🔹 Consistent and User-Friendly UI: Designing a visually appealing interface is crucial for user satisfaction. I focused on maintaining proper alignment, readability, and overall visual appeal to enhance the user experience. 🔹 User Input Management: Capturing and validating user inputs is a fundamental skill. This project taught me how to accurately capture player details and store them efficiently. 🔹 Data Structures for Dynamic UI: Managing data structures like arrays and objects was key to storing and displaying player information. I learned how to dynamically update the UI as player data changes. 🔹 Handling User Interactions: Implementing event listeners allowed me to manage user interactions effectively. Capturing button clicks and updating player scores helped create a responsive and interactive application. 🔹 Dynamic Features: Adding, adjusting, and removing players taught me how to create applications that update dynamically, offering a seamless experience. 🔹 Sorting Algorithms: Implementing sorting algorithms to arrange player lists based on scores was a valuable experience. Understanding data arrangement is essential for various applications. A big thank you to my mentors Akhil Sharma and DRUMIL AKHENIA who provided guidance and shared their expertise. Your insights were instrumental in my learning journey. 🔗 Github Repo : [https://lnkd.in/d4-HBmHb] 💻 Live Demo Here : [https://lnkd.in/dXX2ihs7] #WebDevelopment #Leaderboard #UIDesign #UserExperience #DataStructures #SortingAlgorithms #LearningJourney

One of the things i love about working at Mediatool is our New Features mindset. Today, we released an improvement of our Homepage. an Iteration of UI & functionality based on customer feedback. This brings new data bricks aka widgets into the homepage so that you can see key info that matters to you as soon as you connect. Small update, an improvement, like we release 50+ time a year at Mediatool . Being this is the mindset i discussed a few months here: a Team of Media Coders. Mediatool shifted 1.5+ year ago to the #ShapeUp framework from the great Ryan Singer over at #basecamp. I have learned A LOT from this framework, thanks to Magnus Ohlin, Ludwig Magnusson and the amazing Malmö crew Orestis Rodriguez Tautvydas Gecevicius Kate Persson and so many more of the team based there. ShapeUp is a Culture, a Mindset, and a day to day organization that allows to Think, Vote, Design, Code and Release new features at speed. And it is amazing to see in action. It is suuuuucch a change from my previous life, in terms of Speed of Release and overall how it brings Building to the Front vs. talking about it. it is a Refreshing sight !! Shoutout to the team for this release, kuddos to Kate Persson Linnéa Melin for the release mgt. Beyond this release, I do believe #ShapeUp would have changed our lives on some of our past projects: wink wink Mary Jeffries Joshua Grant Tom Amies-Cull Hugh Stevens Jean-Baptiste BRUYANT And would love to debate more with some of the great minds i came across recently on how you see Frameworks, such as ShapeUp or Agile, and how it impacts actual product building. In AdTech like us at Mediatool, but also overall in start ups, scale ups and Tech-first companies. Had you seen ShapeUp before ? https://lnkd.in/ekzjN7sA What do you use in your Product Dev, and how it it impact speed to market?

🎯 Day 3 Insight: Interactive Elements as Onboarding Tools 🎯 Interactivity is no longer a luxury on landing pages—it’s a requirement. The best healthcare startups are going beyond static content and incorporating interactive tools that let users experience their products before committing. 💡 Why it works: Interactive demos and walkthroughs build a tangible connection to your offering. They allow users to explore, understand, and envision how your product solves their problems—turning curiosity into confidence. ✨ Takeaway: Show, don’t just tell. Interactive elements give users a taste of the product, making them active participants in the experience. This approach not only educates but also builds trust, reducing friction in the decision-making process. Stay tuned for tomorrow’s insight! 🚀 #uxuidesignagency #healthcare #uxuitips
