Your job application should highlight examples of how, when and where you have demonstrated some of the major skills and qualities stated in the job advertisement. make sure you have at least one first-rate example for each requirement to achieve a great impression=shortlist.

Interesting read and really on point a lot of times. Most of the time it's hard to sort through hundreds of candidates for one role. The goal should be to highlight why you are right for the specific position and company, otherwise you get lost in the mix of everyone else applying. Show that you know the company and what they are looking for with specific CVs for the role and not a 'blanket apply' with the same resume for all jobs. Will help you get to the next round!!
