We have made further progress toward our ESG goals. The 100-apartment rental building at Päevalille 19 in Tallinn has been awarded the BREEAM In-Use green label with an "EXCELLENT" rating. Certification is still underway for the Lumi Majas properties in Riga (Terbatas 72 and Stirnu 40B), which together comprise a total of 255 apartments. The certification process for the rental house at Stirnu 40B has already started, and the process for Terbatas 72 is scheduled for next year. Once completed, all of Lumi Capital's rental buildings (approximately 2,000 apartments in total) will hold an international green certificate. This underscores our commitment to developing and operating modern, environmentally sustainable homes. #buildtorent #lumicapital #BREEAM #ESG

Very high buildings are not to be constructed sustainable and the economics are very poor, caused by high vertical transportation costs using a lot of the floor spaces....IT ONLY REPRESENTATIV AND A TOURIST ATTRACTION.
Tanzania is set to construct the Zanzibar Domino Tower, Africa's second-tallest building, aiming to revive tourism post-COVID. Designed by London-based firm XCASSIA GLOBAL LTD in partnership with Tanzania’s AICL Group and Edinburgh’s Crowland Management Ltd, the 70-story spiraling tower spans 370,000 sqm. Inspired by stacked dominos, it features 360 'keys' rising to an observation platform. The development, covering 20 hectares, includes a mix of leisure, retail, and residential spaces, highlighting an island resort, golf course, and wedding chapel. Crowland Management's CEO sees it as a landmark boosting tourism and economic opportunities. #architecture #building #tanzania #design #africa #tower #creative #project #concept

What is Green Development and Why is It Crucial for Today and the Future? Green development focuses on creating sustainable, energy-efficient, and environmentally responsible properties. These developments aim to reduce the carbon footprint, conserve natural resources, and enhance the quality of life for occupants. Benefits of Green Development: • Today: Lower energy and water consumption lead to cost savings, healthier living environments through improved indoor air quality, and reduced carbon emissions. • Future: Green buildings ensure long-term value, resilience to environmental challenges, and contribute to a more sustainable world for future generations. Arthaland: Setting the Standard in Green Development While many properties claim sustainability, what separates Arthaland from others is its quadruple green certification for all its projects. Arthaland is the only developer in the Philippines with a 100% certified sustainable portfolio across its residential and commercial properties. What sets Arthaland’s certifications apart? Arthaland's projects go beyond basic green standards by achieving the highest levels of global and local certifications: • LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design): A globally recognized symbol of excellence in green building. • WELL (Well Building Standard): Focuses on the health and wellness of the people inside the building. • EDGE (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies): International certification for resource efficiency. • BERDE (Building for Ecologically Responsive Design Excellence): A Philippine green building rating system aligned with the country's sustainability goals. Why Arthaland Stands Out: Projects like Lucima Residences and Cebu Exchange in Cebu not only meet these standards but exceed them, earning Gold certifications under each of these rigorous rating systems. These certifications confirm that Arthaland developments are designed to deliver superior energy efficiency, water conservation, health benefits, and long-term value to investors. By choosing Arthaland, you're not just investing in property—you’re investing in a healthier, sustainable future.
