We have made further progress toward our ESG goals. The 100-apartment rental building at Päevalille 19 in Tallinn has been awarded the BREEAM In-Use green label with an "EXCELLENT" rating. Certification is still underway for the Lumi Majas properties in Riga (Terbatas 72 and Stirnu 40B), which together comprise a total of 255 apartments. The certification process for the rental house at Stirnu 40B has already started, and the process for Terbatas 72 is scheduled for next year. Once completed, all of Lumi Capital's rental buildings (approximately 2,000 apartments in total) will hold an international green certificate. Green light for Regional Housing in Dubbo🏡 We're thrilled to see the first phase of Dubbo’s North-West Urban Release Area approved! 🌱 This ambitious masterplan will deliver up to 5,500 new homes over two decades, meeting urgent housing demand while setting a benchmark for sustainable, climate-resilient development. This project stands out for its collaborative approach, involving extensive consultation with local Traditional Owners (the Tubba-Gah Wiradjuri) and Dubbo Regional Council to ensure the design truly reflects community values.
