We were hiring video editors but this happened! Recently, me and my friend Himanshu gupta were looking for video editor. We thought that we would get chance to Collab with the best talents. For us, your effort matters the most. Fast forwarding, many of the editors were not having advance portfolio, but still they had that fire within them, and we can sense it very well. But when we asked them to submit one sample edit, most of them drop-off. Only 2-3 were selected and are kept in our priority list for future projects.
