Words cannot express the excitement and pleasure of attending the Vanta event at the Dogpatch Labs. Thanks to guest speaker Stevie Case, your answer to my question on the distinction between the borderline go-to-market execution and planning was very illustrative and precise. I gained a deeper insight into the fundamentals of scoping and road-maps required to attract revenue. You have left me with further enquiries and an abundance of appreciation for the power of data information in ICT. Whilst the follow-up with start-up co-founder Mark Hughes at Solidroad elaborated on-boarding benchmarks in developing a sales force. The variables throughout the segment are concrete milestones and recognizable components for deeper understanding. Thanks once more, to Vanta you have provided an occasion of opportunity for contemplation and planning. In just over four months of building OOSO Sparkling Tea with my fiancé and co-founder, Sophia Racciatti, there have been daily milestones worth celebrating. Yet, with so much on our plates as a two-person team, it’s pretty easy to overlook these wins. One milestone that truly made us pause and reflect is how OOSO has made it into over 100 stores. As a self funded and bootstrapped brand, there’s no denying that’s a significant achievement. And what’s even more exciting is it’s just the beginning. Now that we're on the shelves, our focus shifts to driving velocity and reorder rates. Typically, a product needs to live on the shelf for some time to gain traction, but we’re already seeing promising velocity that we’ll bolster with some fresh marketing tactics in the next couple months and into Dry January. We had a great time last night at the ProductTank Cluj meetup. We got to know each other or caught up with each other, and we also got the chance to ask insightful questions to Mirela. My takeaways from yesterday's event? - It's easy to communicate with C-level (or management for that matter) if you tell them a story about money. - When dealing with complex landscapes and multiple stakeholders, you want to understand them fast - Mirela shared the OODA loop principle - Observe, orient, decide act - you need to adapt to the situation and be flexible.
