📣 🚨📣 CURRENTLY STOCKING Utility Manufacturing Co ANTIFREEZE IN OUR MANCHESTER, NH WAREHOUSE – 1 GALLON PAILS, 5 GALLON BUCKETS AND 55 GALLON DRUMS 📣 🚨📣 To help you get the most from your No-Freez anti-freeze, we’ve answered some of the most common questions. Whether you’re curious about product safety, mixing ratios, or the advantages of using properly inhibited anti-freeze, we've got you covered. What is anti-freeze, and why should I use it? Anti-freeze is a specially formulated solution mixed with water to protect heating systems during cold weather. While water freezes and expands at low temperatures—potentially leading to costly ruptures in tanks or pipes—anti-freeze instead forms a slush that continues to flow through your system, minimizing the risk of damage. By keeping your system safe and operational in harsh conditions, anti-freeze helps prevent expensive repairs and ensures reliable performance in low temperatures. How long does anti-freeze last in heating systems? In ideal, laboratory-controlled conditions, anti-freeze can last indefinitely. However, in real-world applications, it’s important to check the concentration and pH level annually using NO-FREEZ QUICK CHECK TEST STRIPS or a REFRACTOMETER to ensure it continues performing effectively. Is your anti-freeze inhibited? What does that even mean? Yes, NO-FREEZ ANTI-FREEZE is fully inhibited, containing the optimal blend of additives to prevent corrosion and maintain safe pH levels. Unlike many other products on the market, which often overlook proper mixing ratios and can compromise system protection, our formulation is meticulously designed for consistent performance. You can trust our commitment to precision and quality. How much No-Freez do I need to add to a system? The right amount of NO-FREEZ depends on your system size, current propylene glycol levels, and your protection needs. For optimal results, simply pour in our NO-FREEZ, which is pre-mixed to a 50% blend with water for maximum protection. Never allow your mixture to drop below 25% concentration. Maintaining this minimum level is essential to ensure reliable freeze protection, especially in colder climates. #utility #jandksales #antifreeze #heatingsystems #readilyavailable #worryfreeprotection

The news has hit us again with coverage about "forever chemicals" or PFAS or PFOS found in mains water supply. However, did you know something else that doesn't have alot of news coverage? If your home is about 10 years old, there's a good chance that the water supply plumbing is a PEX system of some description. This could also be a plastic multi layered pipe system where fittings are crimped on. This is unlike what used to be used, being copper where fittings were braised or welded on. Did you know a study was done in the USA about the affect of Chlorine on water supply pipes in buildings? You can read more here https://lnkd.in/g4kB3yM5 TL:DR ? It basically says Chlorine was one of the dominant causes of burst or failed Polybutylene pipe. So how do you get Chlorine out of the water for your home? Easy. A whole of house filter system. Mirna from #Greystanes called us and asked for a whole of house filter system not only to protect her family from the nasty stuff found in mains water supply, but also the effect of Chlorine on her home's plastic pipe. We supplied and fitted a Puretec WH2 series filter, and an MEA Athena unit together to make the ultimate in home filtration. Fitted to her whole house just after the water meter, the house now has advantage of clean water at every outlet. Can we help with your home filtration needs? Dry fog The fumigation process consists of depositing a disinfectant on all surfaces of the room to be treated (ceilings, walls, corners, air diffusers, etc.) in a way that increases the effectiveness of surface cleaning . A dry fog system is used for dispersion, which is responsible for dispersing the disinfectant liquid in the room to be disinfected. This disinfectant is placed in the nebulizer equipment, being a known and validated amount. Then it is dispersed into the environment, reaching all surfaces. It can have one or several atomizers, depending on the size of the room to be disinfected. Fogging cleaning is an environmentally friendly way to clean and disinfect surfaces. It uses a low-pressure mist to clean and disinfect surfaces without using any chemicals. Fogging cleaning is often used in commercial and industrial settings where there is a lot of dirt and dust build-up. The solution is either forced through a high-pressure nozzle or is slowly passed through a vortex of high-speed air. The liquid is broken up into small droplets by the pressure, which subsequently sprays out as a low-volume fog. Fogging is a useful technique if people to use when people are behaving in a manipulative or aggressive way. Rather than arguing back, fogging aims to give a minimal, calm response using terms that are placating but not defensive, while at the same time not agreeing to meet the demands of the other person. Chemical fogging, particularly H2O2 or hydrogen peroxide fogging, is an efficient and effective way to sanitize a controlled or indoor environment. The hydrogen peroxide itself is a powerful decontaminate The temperature and humidity of the rooms must be within a specific range . When the dry fog system finishes, the HVAC system must proceed to ventilate the room to remove the disinfectant product from the environment, introducing fresh air and sending it outside. If our HVAC system is through recirculation, we must install an additional fan to send this air outside. Likewise, if the supply of fresh air is very limited, we must provide a parallel air supply. All of this is through the appropriate motorized dampers. #Pharmaceuticals #cleanroom #dry_fog #Aseptic_area

#Polyurethane #spray #foam #insulation is an effective and widely used #material, but it can pose health risks if not handled properly. The most significant risks occur during installation, due to exposure to chemicals like isocyanates and VOCs. However, with professional installation, proper safety measures, and adequate ventilation, these risks can be minimized, making spray foam insulation a safe and effective choice for most applications.

Contamination and cross-contamination in Feed Industry , • Contamination is the presence of substances in a feed which does not belong to the recipe. • If these substances belong to a previous processed batch, it is treated as a cross- contamination. • Impurities from macro – ingredients are not critical. • Cross-contamination through highly concentrated additives can be critical for animals. Measures for minimizing the cross-contamination risk: Ø Separate mixing line for each species. Ø Smaller and more flexible mixing lines Ø Hygienic design of the machines + conveying elements minimizing the remaining residues. Ø Bins and hoppers must have mass flow characteristics. Ø Avoid long conveying distances Ø Central aspiration system after the addition of the additives is to be avoided. Localized aspiration system having bag filters with compressed air, blowers is to be provided.
