Your past doesn’t define you. Rather, it equips you. You've pursued a goal with everything you had, only to realize it wasn’t the destination you thought it would be? Sometimes what feels like your 𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭 turns out to be just another 𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭; a stepping stone on the way to something greater. Here’s the thing: 𝐎𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐚 𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐝, 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞’𝐬 𝐧𝐨 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐲 𝐮𝐧𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐢𝐭 𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮. Moving on doesn’t mean you failed. It means you’re evolving. Every step you’ve taken . . . Every lesson, challenge, and success has equipped you for what’s next. Your past doesn’t define you but equips you with a toolbox. It’s time to use it! - - - - - - - - - - If this resonates, check out this week’s newsletter (https://lnkd.in/ebx8E-rY), where I share my journey to uncover purpose. 👉🏽 Follow Patrick Marah for insights on flourishing in your career and life. ♻️ Repost to lift others up.

In 2025, how do we connect: a) what MATTERS the most to us with b) how we ALLOCATE our 95 "productive and waking" weekly hours? In my experience - by aligning a) our Actions with b) our Beliefs, c) across our Four ‘lives’. Here’s how we can be more congruent with ourselves, in 2025: 1. Step Out of Your Comfort Zone: /Be unflinchingly honest with yourself. Are you spending your 95 'waking and productive' hours every week, on what matters the most to you? 2. Develop New Skills: /Forget hollow resolutions. Clarify what drives you before setting goals. Anchor change in what truly fuels your ambition. 3. Create Value: /Focus on transformative growth. Decide where to invest time - be it health, family bonds, friendships, or career advancement. 4. Move Up Faster: /Treat time as capital. Direct energy to high-value areas, accelerating progress in the dimensions that mean the most to you. I talk about this in this recent newsletter: https://lnkd.in/e996bN5z Are you finding it hard, or easy, to map: a) what MATTERS the most to you, with b) how you ALLOCATE your 95 "waking and productive" weekly hours?

I took a minute to start posting again—I needed to recalibrate myself a bit. Who am I now? Is she still passionate and strong-willed about the same things? Or has she become so detached that she’s lost touch with feeling? Over these past few weeks, since moving to Puerto Rico, I’ve been experiencing deeper self-forgiveness, especially regarding my body and health. Unlayering things in my 15-year relationship with my husband, as more masks come off from unknowingly hiding myself, we've had to reform our relationship and "re-get to know" each other. Hell, even getting to know myself again. So many things come as we evolve. Despite our experiences, certifications, and titles, the real growth happens internally. I’ve worked with hundreds of people over the years, helping them find themselves, and then the next step, and the next. We are evolutionary, not permanent. I remind myself the same. When we stop treating things as a destination and an "end all," we find more peace. Simplifying our approach to life and allowing ourselves to be present can lead to amazing insights and growth. Mnay you never knew possible. Remember, as you navigate your own journey: → Be kind to yourself. → Embrace the changes and challenges. → Allow yourself to evolve. We are all in this together, constantly growing and transforming in our authentic evolutions. PS. The AE (authentic evolution) Weekly Newsletter starts going out tomorrow! ⬇️

I began unlocking my full potential with this 1-step: →"Reflection Sessions" across my work-health-and-life. I do this because I don't want to lose sight of: -Myself. -My dreams. -The bigger picture. -My optimal outcomes. It's easy to get caught up in life without ever reflecting. But as time went by, I felt stuck in the same state. And being stuck limited my ability to thrive. 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗜 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱, 𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱. In this weekly sessions, I reflect on: 1. My wins and losses. 2. What I learned and unlearned. 3. How and where I grew (or was stuck.) 4. How I want to progress forward in new ways. It doesn't take long, and helps me stay disciplined. It also helps me see gaps areas for learning. The bottom line is this: None of us have all the answers. We'll always be 'works-in-progress. But to progress forward, You'll want to reflect back, To unlock what can be. -- 📌Like this post?
