GTTPL filed Review Petition No. 25/RP/2023 against the Commission's order, stating that it shouldn't be liable for transmission charges before the SCOD of its DT line. The Commission approved PGCIL's COD before GTTPL's SCOD, which violated Regulation 6(2) of the 2019 Tariff Regulations.
