Terrific series. Bravo. Two comments that resonate strongly with me: " Organisations don't actually want in-house lawyers, they want the outcomes you bring" and " in-house lawyers must adopt a proactive, vision-based approach to strategy and develop a broader set of skills beyond traditional legal expertise" I have yet to come across a legal department that has a vision and strategies that take into account these crucial ideas. I will share my views on these crucial ideas in upcoming conferences, webinars and posts.
