And guess how many projects we certified for the month of August? We certified 6 now some months, but our highest 18 project certified and this month was 6. But that's six projects off of our clients plate. And I do want to talk about a couple of them because what we learn and do is try to help you out there if you're trying to close out and certify a project. All right, so Paramount construction of a classroom relocatable from the 80s. Here's what I want you to do every time you get a project that's a 5 digit. Look and verify and see if the project exists or not because if it doesn't you can easily submit a resolution and certification. You don't pay reopening fee and bam that goes out the door and get certified. So check the plans, check with the project exists. That's what I would do at that one. Now here's another 161624. This one had alterations to numerous buildings. The way we certified this project was hunting people down. We hunted the project inspector. We asked him to come back. We got the items fixed. Dan Boom project got certified. So the lesson to this story and project is call back to the old team, project inspector, contractor, get them back to the table and see if they will help you get to the finish line. Next one is Baranca at Covina Valley. Now this one took a very long time to certify why we had to do a 312 program. There were a lot of items in this project that were not done for plan. So we have to bridge A312 program into a new a number and get that scope done and then go back and get this project signed off. Certified. So I would say this one was quite extensive and long. But guess what, with all the projects we're certifying in the industry, that's what we're dealing with. So if you have any questions on advice, tips, I don't care who you are or competition, an architecture firm, a district, think of us as DSA. Alexa, call us.
