Last week, on Saturday, April 27, 2024, I attended a training session organized by SME UI SC about the manufacturing process system at PT Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia's Karawang Plant. Special thanks to Mr. Aji Sambodo, Head of Assembly and PIO at PT TMMIN's Karawang Plant, who served as the speaker and shared his experiences and knowledge. Kaizen is a continuous improvement concept that originated in Japan and has become one of the pillars in the work culture of many companies around the world. This concept teaches us to continuously innovate and improve quality, efficiency, and productivity with small consistent changes. The key is, if we want to make big changes, then we can start by making small action first consistently and continuously. We must observe the process and evaluate it, then this will result in considerable changes. #SMEUISC #ManufacturingChange
