PAI’s upcoming one hour online seminar on the strategic benefits of scaling talent within the public service. In a rapidly evolving landscape, Ireland’s Civil Service Renewal 2030 Strategy, Building on Our Strengths, calls for transformation across the public sector. To meet the ambitious goals of this strategy, public service leaders are re-envisioning their approach to talent development and capabilities to align with three core themes: delivering evidence-informed policy and services, harnessing digital technology and innovation, and building a resilient, future-ready workforce and workplace.
