1w“ALL passions”. That tracks. Especially those who are passionate about abusing power, bullying & punishing others. You can be targeted, harassed & mobbed for anything at all. Bystanders will watch. Few will try to help, more will join in to gain favor & secure future employment. They will systematically undermine, isolate, criticize & humiliate you, & no matter how hard you work, or what contributions you make - they will make you think it’s all your own fault, they will impress upon you how deficient you are compared to everyone else, especially new hires with less training & experience. They will spread rumors, make false accusations & dehumanize you to excuse their conscience & pretend it’s justified. Try to find help & you will get the shock of your life. People who report harassment are treated as the “enemy”, who regulators will ignore, labour relations will eagerly step in to punish & destroy & the department of justice will step in to protect all of them if you dare try to ask the courts about fairness or prohibited acts. If you avoid being targeted, you will probably be made complicit - by watching helplessly, or be coerced into participation & suffer moral injury that way. Do not apply. Don’t walk away… Run.
