You are crazy until you are a genius, you are delusional until you are a visionary, you are obsessed until you are committed, you are wrong until you are right. Leaders are often misunderstood for long period of time. Don’t stop introducing new ideas and even with strong judgment, always seek diverse perspectives to disconfirm existing beliefs. Leaders are not leaders because of their positions but how they model the behaviors. When in doubt, leaders ask more questions.

Thought of the day Are you really a leader? Leaders are born not man- made. Leaders are not determined by resources one has. Leaders know what to say and how to say it, appropriate time to say it. Leaders want to serve all,without discriminating others. Leaders they do not get angry quickly,unnecessarily,patience and good listening skills are their core values. Leaders are always resourceful, not in monetary terms ,only,but in all other ways.
