What started as a temporary solution during the pandemic has now become a big part of how we work. **Flexibility** is really important; people want more control over their schedules, and it seems to make them happier and more productive. Companies are also putting money into technology to help with this change—tools for teamwork are now essential. **Mental health** is another key issue.
