After I actually saw another article, I think the corporate America has had it enough with Genz and there was a very big coverage about how young workers are being fired for not necessarily keeping up to their obligations with with roles in unmasks. So that's very concerning, right, Because this is one of the biggest. The horse, the workers of people who would access the workplace in the next decade, only those organizations who understand what the day-to-day looks like, They're trying to make efforts. And we see some very interesting signs where we see cross mentoring programs between let's say the 45 plus and the 20 years old or more awareness sessions. Just general education about what are motivators, drivers, engagement tactics to connect everybody.
