Before we introduce any new vegan dessert to our collection, it goes through a rigorous taste test. This past weekend, we were at the Big Vegan Market, gathering insights and feedback based on diverse opinions from various ages and backgrounds. Every bit of feedback, whether a smile from a child tasting a new flavor or a thoughtful comment from a seasoned chef, shapes our offerings. This weekend’s Vegan Market was a fantastic opportunity to learn what works and what can be improved. Why Feedback Matters: Thorough Testing: We think our creations are tasty, but they must pass the ultimate test—satisfying a wide community! Our desserts aren’t just sampled by a few, but by hundreds at events and markets, ensuring they truly hit the mark. Designed for Everyone: We’re passionate about crafting a range that welcomes all food lovers, whether vegan or not. Our goal? To develop Australia’s most extensive and delectable vegan range. Note: Vegan Strawberry Matcha Blondie & Lemon Cheesecake are in the final stages of launch & will be in our wholesales catalogue soon. So, how do you conduct your product testing?
