Hi my name is Raj Ginawa, I work for PwC Moses and one of my main role at PwC is to find the best accounting solutions for my client. As you would know, we have launched our IFRS Deep Dives series 2024-2025 and we kick started it with the first session on IFRS 18 which is the IRS on presentation and disclosure on financial statements. It was great to see such a good turnout for this first session and are such the validation of its importance but also the interest from our finance professionals to continue upskilling. Themselves. Our knowledge with enthusiastic participants on different topics that concern their business and in this case on iPhone 80 we got participants to discuss and share their different perspectives as to the reason why I was eating was introduced and eventually made the link that it was in response to investors demand for better information about companies financial performance. I First Deep Dives is still quite a very technical training, although we try to make it as understandable as possible for the general public. The key take away from this session is that implementing our first eighteen should not be taken lightly, so start early as the time is ticking for first of Jan 2027 adoption and there's quite a lot of work to do by them.
