The zoning code changes are definitely steps in the right direction.
"On July 29, 2024 Columbus City Council (City of Columbus) enacted the first phase of the new zoning code. This historic moment was two years in the making, formed by an unprecedented community engagement effort." This first phase process started in November 2022 and it become official last night at City Council.
