The idea of truly understanding and being understood is so fundamental, especially in your personal life AND business where clear communication can drive success, trust, and growth. In the world of data-driven decision-making, combining empathy with insights can lead to real breakthroughs.

The world is speeding up – am I ready to keep up? That's why I attended #DLD25 in Munich, and let me tell you, it was absolutely worth it! My first time at DLD, but definitely not the last. 2.5 days, 200 speakers, and over 1,500 attendees from around the globe! The theme “FUTURE POSITIVE” resonated deeply. As a growth-focused executive, here are my top takeaways: 🔹 Global Perspectives: Europe vs US vs Africa – the past, the present, the future? For Europe to return to growth, we need to work on productivity, attract VC investments, and create new growth engines instead of funding old industries. 🔹 AI Productivity use cases offering the highest return. For instance, Walmart used AI to update their product catalogue with a staggering ROI of 100x. 🔹 Agentic AIs: Think top interns autonomously executing tasks and optimizing entire processes. Real-life examples include: - Competition Analysis Agents completing tasks in hours instead of days. - Recruiting Agents scaling more efficiently than human employees. - Software agents replacing junior and mid-level developers. 🔹 CCooC: A new acronym for leaders entering AI – Curiosity, Courage, out of Comfort zone. 🔹 Future Health: AI is transforming healthcare from reactive "sick care" to proactive, intelligent, digitally enabled, connected, personalized, and data-driven "health care." My optimism and excitement remain high after these DLD days – especially thanks to the great new and old connections. I'm grateful for the insights, discussions, and personal growth stories. We just hosted another Club Dinner — this time in Berlin with CIC Connect! 🌆 Super nice to enjoy some schnitzels with new faces, current customers and old friends! Here are five key takeaways I left the dinner with: 1. The AI revolution does not discriminate. From consultants working on the niche individual needs of customers to big corporates cutting out noise and fully mapping out players in a space 🎯 2. Humans still close deals. While automation and AI can streamline processes, building trusted relationships needs to be top of mind. People buy from people they know, like and trust 🤝 3. The market is going faster than the autobahn. AI platforms like FounderNest help you keep up and make sure you stay ahead—especially when you're trying to find a needle in a haystack 🏎️ 4. Think global, act local. Don't underestimate the power of fostering relationships within local innovation communities to unlock hidden opportunities, partnerships and valuable insights 📍 5.
