--Invasive BCI; uninformed & unwilling subject.

I’m someone who has been diagnosed with depression and anxiety disorder, as well as PTSD following a significant suicide attempt in late December of 2015. I understand that the use of BCI technology has been trialed in clinical settings, but I have been made aware over the past couple of years, that I have an invasive BCI that has my mind effectively mapped out (essentially hacked) with the function of sight and hearing (some kind of cochlear or inner ear device). Roughly 27 months ago this technology has become grossly misused and I am now being abused in a number of ways, including the sensation of physical pain, noise and blurry vision accompanied by sharp headache pains. This particular technology was obviously implanted at the RBWH during other procedures, but unlike all other procedures, this BCI was not implemented with any informed consent. Please advise me where/who I need to contact regarding this serious matter.
