During our active research as online retailers using a @Shopify test website, we, the founders, encountered a series of significant challenges that are shared by retailers across the industry. However, the most pressing and troublesome issue we were confronted with was related to the procurement process. While sales channels were relatively well-established, procurement channels were severely underdeveloped. This led to substantial wastage of both time and financial resources. Since the foundation of business profitability lies in the procurement of goods, and purchasing at inflated prices due to a lack of proper competition has a profound detrimental effect on the bottom line, we decided to address and resolve this critical issue, it became our foremost mission.
