Yesterday was the last working day of #Q2, and what a day it was! Our team hit our quota almost a month ago, so I expected a relaxed day—preparing presentations, holding meetings, and getting ready for the weekend. Mentally, I was already at #Bundek lake enjoying a mojito and listening to Grše, a local rapper. Boy, was I wrong. We had the most tense and exciting quarter since I joined ContactOut Nikos Douroukis 🐸, one of my sales monsters, closed eight deals on the last day, taking us from 67% to 100% quota attainment just before the buzzer. This guy never gives up. Payment after payment, and he nailed it. Cash bonus well deserved!! Just when I thought we were done, Ben Kljajic brought in another almost six figures, pushing us over 170% quota as a team and securing the top spot on the leaderboard. Well deserved! Irem Gokdeniz, who joined us just a bit north of a month ago, secured more revenue than some seasoned reps. Unbelievable. Ersun Kaya exceeded all expectations and crushed it, even after rebuilding the entire pipeline due to pivoting. What a team! Proud to lead these stars who make my job look like a breeze.
