Comparto la idea que nos trasmite en su artículo Jose Antonio Tenorio Rios, que buena iniciativa proponer que participemos con un resumen de 300 palabras que relacionen las cuatro partes del CEES (Construccion x Energias x Medio Ambiente x Sostenibilidad). Con este comunicado ánimo a participar, se que muchos de los que me seguís sois grandes expertos en la materia, y aunque el tiempo es un bien escaso, es muy satisfactorio contribuir con las ideas de cada uno a un bien común tan necesario como imprescindible, como es el cuidar el medio ambiente y dejar un mundo a nuestros descendientes aceptable. para la vida, Es muy acertado para un sector como el edificatorio que es el causante de aproximadamente el 40 % del consumo de energía final de Europa (aproximadamente el 50% de la energía que se consume en Europa se dedica a trasformarla en calor o eliminar calor), sobretodo debido a los edificios existentes anteriores a la entrada en vigor del CTE (Código Técnico de la Edificación). Es por ello la importancia que entraña aplicar una buena rehabilitación al parque edificatorio antiguo. Cuantos buenos momentos hemos compartido Juan y yo, tratando temas que a ambos nos apasionan. Que buena labor hace para el sector el Instituto Eduardo Torroja.
