🌾 Happy Lohri and Makar Sankranti! 🔥 These two festivals mark the celebration of harvest, renewal, and the promise of a brighter future. Whether it’s the bonfire of Lohri or the soaring kites of Makar Sankranti, both festivals symbolize resilience, hard work, and the joy of reaping what we sow. In our professional lives, success is often the result of consistent effort, patience, and learning from challenges. Much like the farmers who work tirelessly throughout the year, we too invest in our growth, whether it’s through skill development, networking, or perseverance. As we welcome longer days and a new harvest season, let’s remember the importance of celebrating our achievements and acknowledging the efforts that brought us here. Together, let’s keep reaching for the skies, no matter the obstacles. 🌟 Key Takeaway: Just as the earth provides its bounty after hard work, every step we take towards our goals brings us closer to success. Let’s keep working with dedication and optimism! Wishing everyone a season filled with progress, joy, and collective growth. 🌾 #LohriAndMakarSankranti #CelebrationOfHarvest #HardWorkAndResilience #ProgressAndSuccess #CareerGrowth #FestivalsOfRenewal

🌸 Second day of Navratri, a day like any other at home. Ordered a tray of eggs and a few essentials from Blinkit. But what happened next left me pondering. As the delivery person handed over the order, he asked if I was 'Sharma', as the order was in my husband's name. Upon confirming, he remarked, "Batayiye, aap Sharma hain aur aap Navratron mein anda kha rhe ho, bura mat maniyega" (See, you are Sharma and you are eating eggs in Navratri, don't mind). My response was a simple 'koi baat nhi bhaiya' (It's okay, brother). But internally, I was taken aback. Shocked at being judged so quickly, especially since I'm a pure vegetarian myself. It got me thinking - why the need to judge someone's food choices? I could have ordered the eggs for various reasons - feeding animals, a hair mask, or anything else. This incident made me realize that many people face such judgments daily, and it can be incredibly tough to deal with. I firmly believe in respecting individual choices, be it in food, attire, or any aspect of life. Yet, being on the receiving end made me feel personally attacked. We all deserve empathy and understanding, free from the weight of others' opinions. It's crucial to practice kindness, compassion, and self-reflection, challenging our own biases and preconceptions. Let's strive to be more understanding and accepting of others' choices, without passing unnecessary judgement. #choosekindness #respectchoices #reflectandgrow #acceptance #nojudgment

Teambuilding and trust-building are achieved in a variety of ways. Both are key to a healthy culture. Delegation is one of the easiest ways. By asking for help, we show our colleagues that we trust the quality of their work. What's more - they will observe that it's okay to ask for help! Show colleagues that you need them. Happy hours, carry ins, sports leagues, and other recreational activities are also good ways to build teams. Finding time to laugh and connect is as important as meeting a deadline and hitting that workplace "homerun." Finally, volunteering to serve others is another excellent way to strengthen a team. Our People team is glad to have spent time at The Rescue Mission in November, and at Hope's Harbor and Abbett Elementary School in December. (THANK YOU, to all three organizations, for hosting us!) Bonus tip: Make a little time for fun at work. Get the game "Office Decathlon." Start with "Rubber Band Hole-in-One." Award prizes. Just a few minutes, once a month, is all it takes. Want a better culture? Create better stories. Accepting you are not expert in certain area and better to take expert advise whenever required in such cases rather #ASSUMING anything and avoid wrong decisions. These are the biggest #LESSONS for me from Shri Hanuman Ji, when he went to take Sanjeevni Buti for Shri Laxman Ji. 1. After reaching to the place where he will get Sanjeevni Buti, he accepted that he is not expert to identify which plant is the Sanjeevni Buti. 2. He didn’t Assume and didn’t picked only selected plant 3. He decided to take expert advice. #RupeshDilSe #LifeExperience #LifeLessons #CorporateLife
