This process should ideally 𝙗𝙚 𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙜𝙜𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙞𝙩, recording the status of each build, scan, deployment, and test against that commit.
