It’s a wrap on Quest’s November Basecamp! 🎬 Quest’s twice-yearly Basecamp events are key to our continuing success, an opportunity for the network to gather, share insights and collaborate on the year ahead. Our Spring Basecamp, held at Brisbane’s Howard Smith Wharves, felt particularly special—there was an undeniable sense of momentum and unity as we looked ahead, aiming towards making 2025 better than ever. Managing Director David Mansfield GAICD opened the day, and reminded us why we’re more than just a company. Quest is a community, built by individuals who raise the bar every day. “It’s so important that we recognise individuals who work in our businesses, who go above and beyond, and who are proud to be part of a community that stands for more than just making money. That’s what we’re about, and that’s what we’ll continue to strive towards.” Jennifer Warn, our General Manager of Sales and Distribution, celebrated the creativity within our Quest family. “Our diverse talents combine to form a dynamic group who can achieve remarkable things,” Jennifer said. “When we collaborate, share ideas and support one another, we amplify our strengths and drive results that none of us could accomplish alone.” The day was packed with stories of resilience, passion and the collective drive that pushes Quest forward. Here are a few highlights… ⭐️ Quest Brand Ambassador and gold medalist Cate Campbell shared insights on stepping outside of our comfort zones. Cate explained how identifying your optimal performance zone is key. Her mantra? BE BRAVE. Bravery isn’t the absence of fear—it’s acknowledging it and moving forward anyway. 🫶 We reinforced our commitment to Doing Better and reignited our shared dedication to making a positive impact—for our guests, customers, the planet, and its people. 🔍 Joanne Cohen from STR provided us with a valuable glimpse into what’s ahead. With her extensive knowledge, Jo shared key trends and performance insights across the regional, suburban and CBD markets. She also offered a few predictions that are helping guide our strategic planning for 2025. 🏆 We announced National Salesperson of the Year: a huge congratulations to Constance Tsardanis from Quest Eight Mile Plains, whose outstanding contributions made her a deserving recipient of this award. Constance’s achievements are a true reflection of the excellence we strive for across the entire Quest network, and we couldn’t be prouder. Congratulations also to our regional winners: Kendall Brooks from Quest Newcastle West, Sri Ajeng Junika from Quest Midland, and Katherine Coulston from Quest Collingwood. As we reflect on the inspiring moments and outstanding achievements shared throughout Basecamp, it’s clear that our collective commitment to excellence, collaboration, and growth will continue to drive Quest forward. ✨ #QuestApartmentHotels #Quest #TheAscottLimited #Ascott
