I have spoken multiple times before about the importance of meeting your clients face-to-face. Yesterday was another example of exactly why this is so important. Hishem and I were lucky enough to spend some time over at Quest Personnel's HQ. (fun fact: they have a very impressive bar over there 😅) We discussed our Q4 Game Plan and how Hector can continue to support the business over the coming weeks. We also delivered a lunch-and-learn session on 'three strategies to double your billings' with the team documenting their key takeaways and asking great questions. It was great to finally meet Conor and Dom in-person, as well as the rest of the team. What a wonderful recap from Stephanie Rounds - Better Talent of the VRNation (formerly NWVRP) conference! As a committee member, I LOVE to see all these smiling faces enjoying the conference. Last weekend, I took my sons to their first Broncos game at Suncorp Stadium. Seeing them wholeheartedly embrace the experience was incredible, making it an adventure, taking it all in, and curiously asking questions.   It made me reflect on how adults embrace new opportunities, challenges, or jobs. We often replace excitement and adventure with doubt, risk mitigation, and caution, which impedes our performance and enjoyment. Watching them throw themselves into the day's hype despite a poor result for their beloved Broncos made me reflect on our mindset as adults and how sometimes it's due to a reset.   My Takeaway: 1. Embrace the Unknown: Face new challenges with open minds and replace fear with positivity and enthusiasm.  2. Celebrate Every Milestone: No matter how small, every step forward is an achievement.  3. Stay Curious: Ask questions, explore new ideas, and develop solutions. 4. Engage with the Journey: It's not only about the destination; engage with the journey! Just as my kids found joy in every cheer, every try, and every tackle, look for the positive along the way.   In a world of opportunities, embrace the unknown, celebrate the little wins, stay curious, and engage with the journey!    #NewExperiences #StayCurious #FindJoy #GrowthMindset #Broncos #FamilyMoments

Just a thought because everyone is always talking about grand slam offers. In GENERAL, people too often try to turn their primary service into a grand slam offer and it just sounds ridiculous and doesn't work. There's multiple offers, eg. there's an intro offer, primary offer, exit offer, etc... IMO, the key is to make the intro offer the grand slam offer. High value, low risk, clear outcome, specified time frame. Once you show proof of concept, you upsell into the primary offer. The intention here is to build trust and credibility in a low risk environment.

The best way to create wealth is to start now from wherever you are with whatever you have. You don't learn to drive in a parked car.
