𝗗𝗮𝘆 2️⃣6️⃣/1️⃣6️⃣0️⃣ 𝗚𝗙𝗚 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲 🎯 Step 1: Sort & Conquer - The First Move: To win this battle, we need to sort the intervals by their end times. Think of it like choosing the fastest horses in a race 🏇 — by picking the one that finishes first, we open up more space for the upcoming contenders. It’s not about what comes first, but about creating room for more. So, let’s sort the intervals, and let the space dictate our moves. 🔄 🔍 Step 2: Track the End - The Silent Guardian: Now that we've sorted our intervals, it’s time to keep an eye on the last valid interval’s end time. This becomes our silent guardian, guiding us through the choices we make. If a new interval starts before the last one ends, it’s time to kick it out. But if it fits, we update the end time and keep moving forward. Think of it like a game of Tetris – if the next piece doesn’t fit, you clear it and move on to the next one! 🧩

Do you level your arena after jumping? The force exerted by a horse landing after a jump can create divots or indentations in the arena, particularly if the surface is not well-maintained. These divots can then alter the levelness and compactness of the footing, creating uneven areas around repeated take off and landing points. Not only does this provide less cushioning and support for the horse's limbs during these phases, but it also increases the risk of injury to both the horse and rider. We always recommend regular maintenance of an arena to prevent issues like these and to ensure optimal conditions for performance! #arenalevelling #arenamaintenance #menage #arenagrader #horses #ukequine #equestrian https://lnkd.in/eanAdCpf

Transitioning from 2-person to 3-person officiating can be challenging, especially when you're focused on positioning. The biggest hurdle is often being so concerned about where to be that you forget the most important part—blowing the whistle. While you're adapting to 3-person mechanics, remember that it's okay if you occasionally call out of your designated area. The key is to stay engaged and continue officiating the game as you normally would. Don't let the mechanics overwhelm you—focus on the game, keep your whistle active, and gradually get comfortable with your new positioning. #referee #refereetips #officiating #sportsofficials #refereetraining

The Stat: At 5’9” and 161 pounds soaking wet, Rory McIlroy’s body type doesn’t quite scream “watch me drive the green on this par 4.” And yet, Rory ranked 2nd on Tour in 2024 in terms of distance off the tee at 320.2 yards. Diving into the data, Rory is actually 4th in terms of the driving distance to weight ratio (Carlos Ortiz is #1 at 300.3 yards and just 150 pounds). Keep in mind the average Tour distance off the tee in 2024 was 300.2 yards. The Takeaway: You don’t have to be big and brawny to hit the ball a long way. Some of the longest players off the tee are actually quite svelte; they simply know how to maximize club head speed by using physics to their advantage. Torque and leverage are created by maximizing hip rotation while maintaining a stable upper body through the backswing, consequently using your lower body as the power source to initiate the downswing. #WildGolf #GolfStats #PGATour
