This is one example of the service you can expect to receive when working with us. I had a client recently who was opening an LLC for an investment property that he was about to purchase. He hired a company to handle the entity setup, including obtaining the EIN letter. But there was one problem: the company said it would take two weeks to get the EIN letter, and we needed it ASAP to close on time! We called the IRS directly to get the EIN letter faxed over. After waiting on hold for 2 hours, we were able to make it happen for the client and keep everything on track.
