This morning we held our second Diversity and Inclusion Champions round table event, hosted at Fieldfisher's office in London. It was fantastic to hear from Fieldfisher's Head of Inclusion Justina Omotayo about her journey into the field, and the launch of Fieldfisher's Inclusion Strategy and key workstreams. The discussion covered a wide range of topics, including ways to help both big and small firms make #EDI a priority in their business strategy, and gave us clearer ideas about how we can promote and support diversity and inclusion throughout the profession.
