If you can't commit to respond to every applicant, I believe you shouldn't be recruiting. It's the most simple but most impactful step in a recruiting process. It's common courtesy after all. We have 300+ employers in The Circle Back Initiative who have made that commitment. Some hire thousands a year - but everyone get's an outcome. Some don't have recruitment systems - but everyone get's an outcome. For some people, recruitment is not there main job - but everyone get's an outcome. And for some there are huge application numbers - but everyone get's an outcome.
