Happy Birthday to Brigit Green, our amazing Recruiter! 🎉
We want to take a moment to thank you for your hard work and dedication in helping build the incredible team we have today.
Your ability to find and bring in such awesome people is a huge part of what makes our team so great.
Let’s take a moment to hear how Brigit is reflecting on her growth and celebrations:
Q: What’s the best birthday gift you’ve ever received?
A: My best birthday gift was when I turned 50. My husband bought me a brand new Mazda Miata hardtop convertible. I had always wanted a convertible. We only drive it in the summer months and take weekend trips in it. We have both enjoyed it; it is really fun to drive.
Q: Who is your favorite person to celebrate with?
A: I have always loved going out to dinner with my family. This can be just a few of us or many more. This has been a tradition with my family. It’s always fun to be with my siblings, in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
Q: How do you feel you’ve grown over the past year?
A: This past year I have become more resilient. I’ve been much better at accepting things that I cannot change. I had suffered the loss of several family members over the past few years, and it became a real struggle for me to recover from all of it. Now I am focusing on all the good times we had. I no longer take for granted those who are still here.
Q: What goals do you have for the coming year?
A: I’m keeping a positive outlook. There is always something positive in everything; sometimes it’s hard to find, but it’s there. Also, I am using the “let them” approach, where I focus on my own reactions and allow others to make their own choices without trying to control the situation.
Your enthusiasm and brightness are absolutely inspiring! Let's take a moment to honor you today and the happiness you share with us. Here’s to another fantastic year ahead! 🎂🎈
This is an emergent phenomenon of privilege passing down from pre-Independence era. This is proof that reservation laws in India have not been effective to achieve its objectives, to bring about equality in society as per the preamble of the constitution of the country.
Imagine that you are in the desert, and you want to get out of the desert, there is a road, and you are in a car that breaks down every 10 km. Can the solution ever involve burning the car down? No, even if the car is not perfect, burning the car, unless you get a better car does not make sense. And it does not make sense to burn the car first and check afterwards if other solutions exist.
In the same way, doing away with reservation is not a solution, but either repairing the reservation mechanisms, with oversight or getting a better system that allows at least 95% of backward classes to come economically, socially and intellectually at the same level as the national average for dominant castes is a viable solution.

Today, I'm taking a moment to celebrate my parents' 35th anniversary, because their journey has had a massive influence on my motivation, professional values and approach in business...
For over a decade, whilst I was a kid growing up, they both successfully ran a gastro pub in Essex, which required insane amounts of hours and commitment.
Their dedication and approach to business in the Hospitality Industry, taught me lots! Here are some of the key things that I learnt from them:
1. Seizing the Day: The early bird catches the worm; success requires an early start and proactive attitude.
2. Think Long Term: Focus on building lasting relationships; look after your customers!
3. Reputation is built on the hours no one see’s: There is no elevator to success.
These principles have been my compass, guiding me to work hard in recruitment and launch my own business, Owen Thomas
Here's to my incredible parents and the powerful legacy they've passed on.🥂

For many, a journey paved with 80-hour work weeks, herd challenges, and a barn collapse may cause them to turn the other way. For Scott Herber, this journey has been rewarding and fulfilling, with his dedication and perseverance displaying the importance of loving what you do and working hard with a tight-knit team.

Celebrate the good.
The last 7 days have not been the best (deer accident and our dryer went kaput), but the last 7 years? The good definitely outweighs the bad, times 10. Celebrate showing up, if nothing else.
What wins are you celebrating today?

As we walk ourselves into Christmas season, let’s continue to develop our daily habits of living grateful for each connection with another human being.
As a purpose-centered, value-driven parent, family remains priority in all my earthly assignments.
