This has resulted in significant savings for the client during the void period. 🎉 Very pleased to have completed on the disposal of the entire 11,000 sq ft at 102 St Pancras Way in Camden on a long-term lease to an international supply chain company, with the tenant taking occupation upon completion of the refurbishment works.
