Today, as we honour Truth and Reconciliation Day, we are reminded of the resilience and courage it takes to navigate change. In the words of Nelson Mandela: "Change is as unsettling as it is painful. It cannot be any different because change is movement…At times of momentous developments, when societies reach their high noon, everything else becomes uncertain except for the golden gate that must be reached – the goal of freedom.” At RACS, reconciliation is at the heart of what we do. For us this is not just another holiday, like Mandela, we believe in the power of movement towards shared goals, unity, and understanding. This is a powerful reminder of the importance of our work, and the resilience and courage needed to navigate change. Let us continue to open doors to reconciliation and freedom, shaping a brighter future for all. #TruthAndReconciliationDay #NelsonMandela #ChangeAndFreedom #RACSLeadership

We are well aware that the world has been overwhelmed by chaos all around; with wide bloodshed spread, stirring up people's lives as if they were in the middle of the ocean and, the tears sinking in. It's high time we demand for Reform. Just as he quoted: "Sometimes it falls upon a Generation to be great. You can be that Generation." I believe that our present generation has great potential to bring about Real Change- A change for the good." Today's Youth has an easy access to various fields and skills. It is very important to teach the present generation to make rightful, egalitarian decisions and contribute to society. However, one must remember that right knowledge with true wisdom is the Game Changer. Please take a moment to read the poem below; I'm certain it will touch you. A Cry for Change The era is unkind, Crime rates rise, humanity falls. Living in fright, Unsafe for women, A Haunting Place for children. Change shall come, change shall come, Let the new bright sun break the drum. No more crimes, no more cries, no more wiles, only smiles, Across all the miles. Change shall come, change shall come, Let the world be a safe heaven, For every Soul. #ThoughtLeadership #Leadership #Inspirational #FutureLeaders #Nelsonmandeladay #mandeladay #justice #Acryforchange

“ Do not judge me by my successes, judge me by how many times I fell down and got back up again.” (Nelson Mandela) In the annals of leadership history, Nelson Mandela stands as a symbol of resilience and transformation. Affectionately known as Madiba, Mandela spent 27 years in prison for his unwavering commitment to justice and equality in apartheid-era South Africa. During his incarceration, Mandela secretly studied Afrikaans, the language of his oppressors. Little did he know that this knowledge would become a powerful tool upon his release. When he emerged from prison, he didn’t seek revenge; instead, he used his newfound language skills to build bridges and foster unity. Mandela’s leadership journey was forged in the furnace of adversity. He tirelessly worked to dismantle the oppressive system of apartheid, paving the way for a more inclusive and just nation. From prisoner to President, his path exemplified the power of forgiveness, unity, and empowerment. The moral of this story? Mandela’s leadership not only freed a nation but also became a global beacon of hope and inspiration. His legacy reminds us that true success lies in the alchemy of knowledge, empowerment, and unwavering aspiration—a formula that transcends titles and authority, leaving an enduring impact on the world. “Success = Knowledge × Empowerment × Aspiration.” Following this moral formula, we unlock our true potential and create a meaningful impact on the world! #team #learning #leadership #people #purpose #transformation #career #businesswriting #success #motivation #experience #leader #coaching #DaimlerTruck #daimlerbus #fuso #bharatbenz #mercedesbenz #Traton #Volvo #MAN #DAF #NikolaMotor #HUF #IAN #CII #Assocham #motorindia #economictimes #japantimes #handelsblatt
