My advice to all the youngsters who are coming in is that keep your ambitions high and your dreams high. Because if your ambitions and dreams are high, if you plan for the stars, you can reach the moon at least to be focused, develop skill sets, gain knowledge, be professional and assertive. Do not shy away from putting across your point, even if you are the only woman. In a boardroom or in a room full of, you know, senior management. So don't get worried about any kind of biases existing in the organization. Keep your dreams high and work passionately towards it. Passion drives everything, so as long as you work passionately, everything else will fall in place. There will be ups and downs, but that's life. So we have to take up the challenges as an opportunity and move forward.
