Brune Poirson, our Chief #Sustainability Officer at Accor, recently sat down with Hotelier Middle East to speak about what drives us as a group to make sustainability that much of a priority. "Sustainbility will shape the future of #hospitality." I couldn't agree more on this sentence from Brune and we are aware of its magnitude. COP28 UAE in #Dubai at the end of last year clearly showed that the topic is continously becoming of more international relevance, both in the #hotel business and beyond. We know that we will be measured by our actions and are aiming to transform #hospitality at every level, from sourcing and serving food sustainably to promoting conscious #travel practices and continuing the fight against plastic. There is a long way to go, cultural differences to overcome and awarness to be raised, but we feel ever so determined to continue to lead the positive #change.
