Civilisations have thrived in a typical Lord/Master/Ruler and the ruled combination. The "ruled" work towards being noticed by the ruler. The ruler thrives because he/she has the adulation and unwavering support of the masses (of supporters). Organisations too have something similar going for them. When the organisation has the upswing, it demonstrates the utopian phase, where Ruled and the ruler are in sync and have each other's backs. Civilisations disappeared because of the Ruler, not the ruled. When the Ruler defines a path for its Ruled which the ruled has no clue about, and when the narrative set by the ruler is way beyond comprehension of the ruled, is when the exodus starts. Organisations see the same happening. Yet, we don't learn from History. Defence forces' think tanks are taught about the wars and the learnings from those wars. Board rooms white collars can do better if their Trainers teach them about civilisations and the rulers who held and lost powers. #civilisation #lessons

The Federal Executive Council approved the submission, presented by the Ministry of Information and National Orientation. 1. Restoration of dignity and standardisation of national symbols, such as the national flag, coat of arms , national anthem, and national pledge. 2. Council approved that the first stanza of the National Anthem should be rendered at all official functions, while the three stanzas should be for special occasions, such as `Independence Day, Democracy Day, Inauguration of the National Assembly, Children’s Day, Armed Forces Remembrance Day and Workers Day. 3. The Council approved adopting the third stanza of the New National Anthem as the National Prayer to replace the current National Prayer. 4. The Council also approved the unveiling of the national values charter.
