💡 How We Operate: A Transparent Recruitment Process 💡 We've heard from many candidates who are frustrated by their CVs being submitted for roles without their permission or knowledge. In our Medical Imaging team, we take a different approach, and I wanted to take a moment to explain how we operate. Our Process: ✅ Before submitting your CV to any company, we first ensure that your experience and skillset align with the role. We then reach out to you for your input and approval. Once you're comfortable with the opportunity, we ask for your permission to represent you for the role. This ensures complete transparency and gives you confidence in how your application is handled. I dig deeper, uncovering a candidate's unique motivations and career aspirations. This lets me match them with roles that ignite their passion, leading to a long-term fit. - 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 - From the get go, I set realistic expectations about the role, company culture, and compensation. - 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐤-𝐮𝐩𝐬 - The communication with my candidates doesn't stop once I've placed them. I check in with them after their first day, week, month and even year after they've started working. This ultimately leads to 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐲 𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 and 𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬, making it much easier to establish and nurture the long-term relationships that are so important in recruitment. A well known recruitment platform recently contacted Stirling Q&R Ltd about exploring a partnership for one of their ongoing searches. The end company being a global pharmaceutical company with a stellar reputation. "Great!" I thought. Who doesn't love inbound business opportunities? After only seconds, we quickly discovered why... They had 62 applicants - 60 of which were rejected. So 2 candidates had been reviewed. Many hiring managers and talent specialists may see this data as a win, resulting with the familiar response to agencies of "No thanks we have enough CVs". Sifting through 60 applications, which is actually quite low in comparison to usual trends, takes time. And time is money. Many highly talented candidates are put off by this and will not apply. That can't do the hiring company's reputation any good... Why do it yourself!? Sure, it may save you a penny... but the cost of NOT hiring is often more detrimental than hiring the right person. Specialist recruitment exists for a reason and keeps their respected industry moving forward.
