However, knowing what I know now, the main thing I would tell my past self is to dedicate time to learn as much as possible about the industry. Understanding the ins and outs of Title positions you as a knowledgeable professional. When you are well-informed and confident in your line of work, people take you more serious and rely on your judgment. The time and effort invested in learning pays off when you start to become a go-to resource in your field and start to see client retention and referrals.
